Abby Pan is a Chinese Australian-American filmmaker who began her career as a
production assistant on sets such as Netflix’s Daredevil Season 3. She later
worked at William Morris Endeavor and John Wells Productions in feature film
development before transitioning to independent filmmaking.
As a writer/director, Abby’s films have been featured in festivals such as Poppy
Jasper and Fort Myers. As a producer, her films have screened at festivals
including Brooklyn and Newport Beach. She has also received artist support from
Miami-Dade County Department of Cultural Affairs, Center for Cultural
Innovation, and Miami Film Festival’s Miami Film Lab.
Abby pursued her education at Boston University and University of Pennsylvania.
She began her professional career at J.P. Morgan and has since worked at tech
startups, including Calendly. An avid traveler, Abby has visited 52 countries and
hopes to see more.
